Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Here at Sapphire Aesthetics, your reserved appointments are extremely important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. We are more than happy to assist you with schedule alterations; however a minimum of 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. This notice ensures we have the time needed to offer your space to other clients looking to visit us. If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatments scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!

Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment and a quality service experience. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount or for any specific service. They may be picked up at Sapphire Aesthetics by request, or we can conveniently mail them to you.

Gift certificates purchased for a specific dollar amount never expire. Certificates issued for a designated service are valid for one year from the date of purchase, as service pricing may change over time. After one year, the certificate may still be redeemed for its original dollar value toward any services or products.

All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved.
